What makes Fountain of Youth Spa & RV Resort a luxury destination?
Our resort combines the beauty of the Southern California desert with world-class amenities, including rejuvenating hot mineral baths, stunning desert views, off-roading adventures, and a wide range of recreational activities. Our luxury RV sites offer comfort and convenience, while our spa services and vacation villas provide ultimate relaxation.
How do I make a reservation?
You can reserve your spot easily through our Reservation Page or by calling us at 760-354-1340 or toll-free at 888-800-0772. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak seasons, to secure your stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: Villa check-in is 3 PM due to cleaning duties. All other sites the check-in is 1 PM.
Check-out: : 11 AM – $25 per hour fee will be applied for late checkouts. Check out before
the due date/time does not qualify for a refund or credit.
For early check-in or late check-out, please contact us prior to arrival, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What is included with my RV site rental?
Each RV site includes:
- Full hookups (water, sewer, 30/50-amp electric)
- Access to our heated pools and hot tubs
- Complimentary use of on-site amenities, including the gym, billiards room, pickleball courts, and dog park
- Clean restrooms and showers
- Laundry facilities
Are pets allowed at the park?
Yes, we are pet-friendly! We have a dedicated dog park where your pets can play and socialize. Pets must be leashed at all times outside your home or RV. Owner must maintain full control and promptly pick up after pets. Retractable leashes cannot be extended more than six feet
Do you offer long-term stays or monthly rentals?

What are your cancellation policies?
All RV reservations canceled prior to 14 days of arrival will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. RV sites canceled within 14 days of arrival date will be charged up to one month’s rent. RV sites booked at all “Special Rate” reservations cannot be refunded. Villa cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival date will be charged a $225 cancellation fee.
Can I host a private event at the resort?
Yes! We offer event spaces for private gatherings, weddings, and parties. Contact our event coordinator for more information and to book your special event at the resort.
Are there any nearby attractions or things to do?
Our prime location near Palm Springs offers easy access to:
