Six Month Special —
Book your stay starting October 1, 2025 for six consecutive
months and use LAST YEAR’S RATES!!!
Regular Full Hookup — $4,950
Upper Dry Camp — $3,600

Seasonal specials apply to regular full hookup sites and upper dry camp only.
They are nonrefundable and must be paid in full at time of reservation.
Full hookup day & week rates include electricity (30/50 amp), water, sewer, and cable TV. There is no additional tax.
Electric is metered for monthly rentals. Premium Sites come with patio area, gazebo, BBQ, and table.
Super Premium comes with all the same as Premium Site, but with additional seating, and an outdoor sink, plus propane fire pit.

Pull Thru Full Hookups

Enjoy hassle-free parking with our Pull Thru Full Hook-Up sites, offering easy access in and out. These longer sites provide ample space for your RV, along with 30/50 amp electricity, water, sewer, and cable TV. 

4 Premium RV Lots

Indulge in the ultimate RV experience with our Premium RV Lots. Each site features a cement patio with a gazebo and table/chairs, providing a perfect outdoor oasis. Enjoy the convenience of 30/50 amp electricity, a propane barbecue, a picnic table, water, sewer, and cable TV. 

1 Super Premium RV Lot

Experience the height of luxury with our Super Premium RV Lot. This large end site features a gazebo with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor relaxation. Enjoy 30/50 amp electricity, a propane barbecue, an outdoor sink, a picnic table, water, sewer, and cable TV. This exclusive site offers the ultimate in comfort and convenience at FOY.

Located on the upper plateau of the spa, these sites offer easy access to spacious and well-maintained public showers and restrooms. Ideal for daily, weekly, or monthly stays, our dry camp sites provide a serene and budget-friendly option for your desert getaway.
Lower Dry Camp (no hookups)

Stay close to the action with our Lower Dry Camp sites. Located near the pools and Town Center, these sites offer convenient access to public showers and restrooms. Perfect for daily, weekly, or monthly stays, our dry camp sites provide a budget-friendly option with all the essentials for a comfortable visit.

1 Bed 1 Bath Loft

Step into our fully furnished one-bedroom, brand-new skyline villas, where comfort meets modernity. These spaces are designed to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

They offer everything you need for a restful and relaxing stay, including access to our pool and gym facilities. They have modern kitchen appliances and a comfortable living room and bedroom.

There is an upstairs loft with a single bed for visitors. Our nice-sized porch offers the best views of the sunsets we are most famous for.

2 Bed 1 Bath

Experience the perfect blend of comfort and style in our two-bedroom, one-bath villas. Designed with your relaxation in mind, these villas feature all the modern amenities you need for an enjoyable stay.

Our spacious villas are ideal for families or small groups, offering a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and two comfortable bedrooms. The open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the Resort.

Step outside onto your private porch and take in the stunning desert sunsets that FOY is known for. Conveniently located near all the Resort’s activities and amenities, our two-bedroom villas are the ideal choice for a memorable desert getaway.

2 Bed 2 Bath

Stay in our brand new Cavco two-bedroom, two-bath luxury villas. These beautifully decorated villas provide all the comfort and amenities you need for a rejuvenating stay.

Our large villas will make you and your guests feel right at home. They are equipped with modern appliances and have a spacious floor plan that provides enough room for your comfort.

We also provide classic villas that are cozy and convenient for your perfect desert getaway. These villas offer stunning sunset views and are close to all the wonderful activities the Resort offers.

Rates are for two people per bedroom. Additional guests in the same Villa will be charged $15/person per day. No refunds or prorating of fees. Fountain of Youth reserves the right to charge $50 per hour where extraordinary cleaning is required.
